Do you offer standalone logo design?

Can you redesign an existing logo?
Absolutely. If you already have a logo but it needs a refresh, redesign services are available to modernize it while maintaining recognizability.
Is SEO included with website design?
Foundational SEO is part of every WordPress website project. Shopify websites can include SEO, but in-depth SEO is not included in standard design. The Shopify platform itself takes care of a lot of the SEO for products, tags, collections etc.
Advanced SEO is available as an add-on to web design projects.
Do you offer ongoing SEO support?
Yes, when requested. Foundational SEO services focus on setting up a strong on-page foundation—ideal for DIY-minded business owners who want to start strong without monthly retainers. Regular monitoring and tracking of SEO, including page ranks, positioning, and more, are available as a standalone service.
Do you design digital ads?

Yes. Every project begins with a signed service agreement that outlines scope, timeline, payment terms, and expectations—in a clear and simple way.
Do you offer consultations before booking?
Yes. Free consultations are available to help you decide if the service is a good fit—and to give a clearer picture of scope, pricing, and next steps. Consultations are required to book any service.
How far out should I book a website design project?
Most projects are booked 3–6 weeks out, but timelines vary based on current availability. Every project begins with gathering key materials—like branding, content, and imagery—which often takes clients a few weeks. Design work is scheduled based on the project’s scope and when all materials are expected to be delivered.
