2. User Responsibilities

Users are expected to:

• Pay for services on time as outlined in the payment terms.
• Maintain open communication to ensure project timelines remain on track.
• Not copy, reproduce, or use any of Sprout Marketing and Design’s work without permission.

3. Payment Terms

• For services under $1,000: Payment is due upfront.
• For services over $1,000: 60% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining 40% due prior to the launch or delivery of services.

Payment Options: Users may pay via debit card (4% fee), credit card (6% fee), Venmo, or Zelle.

4. Ownership of Work

• Sprout Marketing and Design retains ownership of all in-house templates created.
• Clients own all deliverables, including custom logos and ad designs.
• Clients own their websites, subject to any licensing agreements (typically related to Elementor when the client’s subscription is under Sprout Marketing and Design’s license).

5. No Refunds or Returns

All services provided by Sprout Marketing and Design are final. There are no refunds or returns at any time for any reason.

6. Use of Website

Accessing this website is done at the user’s own risk.
