Strategic Direction & Design Intent
Project Vision
This site needed to feel as dynamic and organized as the programs it supports. From the color palette to the content flow, every element was designed to feel approachable, energetic, and easy to trust.
Project Direction & Challenges
The challenge was creating structure without sacrificing movement. We approached this build with both strategy and scale in mind—balancing class volume with a layout that feels effortless to browse. Behind the scenes, everything works harder so the experience feels lighter.
Pain Points
Aspire’s previous website was outdated, hard to navigate, and time-consuming to update. Parents frequently called with questions, and staff had no efficient way to manage schedule changes or class details online.
project goals
They needed a modern, easy-to-manage site that could support a high volume of classes, reduce repetitive admin tasks, and give parents immediate access to the information they needed.
Client words
This was a huge project for both Samantha and myself. But she was definitely up for the job. She went above and beyond in figuring out an industry specific plug in and making sure it met our needs perfectly. Plus, the site is beautiful and we all love it so much! Samantha is very organized and has a process in place to gather the information she needs to get the job done. Plus, she’s been available for follow up questions which has proven very helpful.
