What To Expect At Your First Visit
- We start with a few minutes on where it hurts and anything to avoid
- You undress only as far as you’re comfortable and stay covered by a sheet the whole time
- Tell me if the pressure is off and it changes right away, no explanation needed
- Afterward there’s water, a quiet minute, and one or two stretches to try at home

Booking Your Massage
Most weeks have openings within a few days, with Thursday evenings until 8 and Saturdays until 3.
Booking
Book online or send a request. New clients get a short intake form by email before the first visit.
Cancellations
Please give 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged half the session price.
Gift cards
Available in any amount or as a specific session. They never expire and can be emailed or mailed.
Payment
Cards, cash, Apple Pay, and HSA or FSA cards. Tips are appreciated but never expected.
