Aspire Kids Sports Center is a Chandler sports center offering gymnastics, camps and youth programs, with over 400 active classes running year-round. Building a sports center website around a busy class schedule
This site needed to feel as dynamic and organized as the programs it supports. From the color palette to the content flow, every element was designed to feel approachable, energetic and easy to trust.
Pain Points
Aspire's previous website was outdated, hard to navigate and time-consuming to update. Parents called with questions all day, and staff had no efficient way to manage schedule changes or class details online.
Project Goals
They needed a modern, easy-to-manage site that could support a high volume of classes, cut down repetitive admin tasks and give parents immediate access to the information they needed.
The Challenge
Creating structure without sacrificing movement. With hundreds of gymnastics classes, camps and youth programs to organize, the layout had to make that volume easy to browse.
The Approach
The build was planned with both strategy and scale in mind. Class data lives in one place and feeds every page that needs it, so the parts parents never see do the heavy lifting.
Custom Features
A class registration website parents can easily use
Auto-updating class search feature
Parents filter by age, program and day. Listings come straight from Jackrabbit through shortcode logic, so the schedule on the site always matches the schedule at the gym and parents can move from search to registration without calling the front desk.
Class quiz for parents
A few quick questions narrow 400+ options down to the classes that fit their child, which takes a lot of pressure off the phones.
Dynamic open and closed logic
"We're Open" and "Sorry, We're Closed" messages switch on their own, with popups for scheduled and annual closures set ahead of time.
