Website Design for Event Planners
Website design for event planners hired by people who've never planned an event.
Most couples have never planned a wedding, and most office managers didn't ask to plan the holiday party. They want to see what you've done, what you handle and roughly what it costs. Show them that and they'll reach out with a date already in mind.

Event Planner Website Design
The search starts with a date and a little panic.
A wedding in eight months, a company party in six weeks, a fiftieth birthday that has to go right. Event planner website design starts with their situation, then shows them which package fits.
- getting married next year no idea where to start, needs full wedding planning
- have a venue just need help on the day, needs day-of coordination
- company holiday party for 200, needs corporate event planning
- surprise 50th birthday party, needs private event planning

Galleries from real events

Inquiries that start with the date
The first question on the form is when.
Event Planning Website Options
A solo planner needs a different site than a team booked every weekend.
A planner with a few packages and a strong gallery fits the event planner template just fine. When the site needs more than the template holds, like a team, corporate clients, rentals or a site that already ranks, it's time for a custom plan.

Wedding Planner Website Design
Pricing is the first question and the last thing they find.
Most planner sites hide pricing behind an inquiry form, so couples guess, bail or email three planners at once. A starting price or typical range, your packages and real reviews keep the right people moving. The final wording is always yours to approve.
-
Starting prices that filter
Enough to set expectations without a full price list.
-
Reviews from real couples and clients
Pulled from where you already collect them.
-
Vendor credits on every gallery
Photographers and venues love the tag, and it helps them share your work.
Optional Add-Ons
Other things planners usually ask about.

SEO and more content
More event pages, venue pages, blog posts or someone keeping an eye on search after launch.

What makes wedding planner website design different?
The photos and the pricing. Couples decide fast from your galleries, then go looking for any hint of what you cost. If they can't find either, they move on to the next planner they found. The site is built to give them both without making them dig.
Do you do website design for corporate event planners?
Yes. Corporate clients care about different things than couples. They want to see past events, how you handle logistics and vendors, and a quote form an office manager can fill out in two minutes and forward to their boss.
Should I put my prices on the site?
Usually, yes. A starting price or typical range saves you hours of calls with couples who were never a fit, and the ones who do reach out already know you're in their budget. You decide how much to share, from one starting number to full package pricing.
Will the inquiry form work with my CRM?
Usually. Most planning CRMs, like HoneyBook, Dubsado or Aisle Planner, can be connected or embedded so inquiries land right where you already work. Setup inside those platforms is quoted separately.
Can you redesign my site without losing the pages that rank?
Yes. Every old URL gets mapped and redirected before launch, and pages that bring in traffic stay put or move on purpose. Nobody can promise rankings won't shift, but nothing gets dropped by accident.
What do you need from me?
Your logo, packages, event photos and intake form completed. The intake form takes most clients 1-2 hours because the questions run deep. Not just why you got into planning, but how you learned to read a room full of guests and how you spot a problem before anyone else notices. The events you love to take on vs the clients you'd rather pass on. How you talk a stressed couple through decisions they'll remember for the rest of their lives. It's critical you write this and not hand off to AI. This is where I capture your voice and essence and translate that into a webpage.
Can the site have a blog?
Yes. I can set up the blog and write the posts, or set it up so you can write your own. Posts I write get keyword research before they go live, the same as any new page.
Can I add galleries later?
Yes. Your training video shows you how to add a new event, photos and vendor credits included. If wedding season leaves you no time, I can add them for you.
