Website Design for Consultants
Website design for consultants who get hired on referrals and checked out online.
Most consulting work starts with a referral. Then the prospect looks you up before they ever take the call. They want to see who you work with, what kind of problems you solve and whether you're the real thing or a LinkedIn profile with a logo, and the site is where they decide.

Website Design for Business Consultants
Most clients don't search for a framework.
They search for the problem keeping them up. Numbers that don't add up, a team that keeps turning over, a business that grew faster than its systems. Website design for independent consultants starts with how they describe it, then shows them you've solved it before.
- books are a mess before tax season, called bookkeeping cleanup
- making money but never have cash, called cash flow consulting
- keep losing good employees, called HR consulting
- business grew and nothing works anymore, called operations consulting

No back-and-forth emails to find a time.
Consulting Website Design for Small Firms
A boutique firm needs a different site than a firm with dozen partners.
A solo consultant, bookkeeper or boutique tax firm with a few core services fits the consultant template just fine. When the site needs more than the template holds, like partners, more service lines, industry pages or a site that already ranks, it's time for a custom plan.

A quick-launch site that's already designed. I restyle it to your brand, write the copy and launch it. All you do is fill out the intake form and supply the images.

Accountant Website Design
Nobody hires a consultant they can't explain to their boss.
The person reading your site usually has to sell you to someone else, whether that's a partner, a spouse or a board. Clear service descriptions, a few case studies with real numbers and an honest idea of how you price give them what they need to make that case. The final wording is always yours to approve.
-
Case studies with real numbers
The problem, what you did and what changed.
-
How you price
Hourly, project or retainer, explained in a sentence or two.
-
Credentials clients recognize
Your CPA, certifications and the industries you know best.
Optional Add-Ons
Other things consultants usually ask about.

Questions consultants ask before signing.
Do you build websites for accountants and bookkeepers?
Yes. Accountant website design and bookkeeper website design follow the same layout, with your services, tax season deadlines and a link to your client portal, like TaxDome or SmartVault, so documents never go through email.
Should I show case studies if my clients are confidential?
Yes, with some care. A case study can leave out the client's name and still show the industry, the problem and the result. Most clients are fine with that, and it does far more for you than another list of services.
Can I put my rates on the site?
That's up to you. Some consultants list hourly or starting project rates to filter out bad fits. Others explain how pricing works without numbers. Either way, people should know what to expect before the first call.
Will the site connect to my scheduling tool or client portal?
Usually. Scheduling tools like Calendly and Acuity and client portals like TaxDome and SmartVault can be connected or linked, so clients can book a call or upload documents right from the site. Setup inside those platforms is quoted separately.
Can you redesign my site without losing the pages that rank?
Yes. Every old URL gets mapped and redirected before launch, and pages that bring in traffic stay put or move on purpose. Nobody can promise rankings won't shift, but nothing gets dropped by accident.
What do you need from me?
Your logo, headshots and intake form completed. The intake form takes most clients 1-2 hours because the questions run deep. Not just why you started consulting, but how you developed the instincts you rely on and how you spot the real problem behind the one a client calls about. The engagements you love to take on vs the clients you'd rather pass on. How you talk a skeptical owner through a change they've been putting off for years. It's critical you write this and not hand off to AI. This is where I capture your voice and essence and translate that into a webpage.
Can the site have a blog?
Yes. I can set up the blog and write the posts, or set it up so you can write your own. Posts I write get keyword research before they go live, the same as any new page.
Can I add service or industry pages later?
Yes. When you add a service line or start working in a new industry, it gets its own page. I research how people search for it, write the page and link it from your services or industries, so it has a real chance to show up in search on its own. New pages are quoted separately.
