Website Design for Cleaning Services
Website design for cleaning services that quote before the phone rings.
Every cleaning lead asks the same thing first. How much for a three-bedroom? Then whether you bring supplies, whether you're insured and whether you can come Thursday. A site that answers all of it books the job while you're still finishing the last one.

Cleaning Company Website Design
Nobody's searching for your package names.
They search for the situation they're in. Moving out Friday, in-laws coming, an office nobody's touched since spring. Cleaning company website design starts there, then shows them which clean fits and what it costs.
- moving out need my deposit back, book move-out cleaning
- house hasn't been cleaned in months, book deep cleaning
- office cleaning after hours, book commercial cleaning
- someone to clean every other week, book recurring house cleaning
Services by situation
One page for each kind of clean.
A price before the call
Starting rates by home size.
Who's coming inside
Insurance, background checks and real crew photos.
Quote and book in one sitting
No waiting on a callback.
House Cleaning Website Design Options
A one-person cleaning business needs a different site than one running four crews.
An owner-operator cleaning homes in a few zip codes fits the cleaning template just fine. When the site needs more than the template holds, like more crews, commercial accounts, instant quotes or a site that already ranks, it's time for a custom plan.
Done-For-You Template
The cleaning service template
A quick-launch site that's already designed. I restyle it to your brand, write the copy and launch it. All you do is fill out the intake form and supply the images.
Owner-operators and small cleaning teams.
Custom Build
A custom cleaning company website
Every page planned around your services, service areas and how jobs get quoted and booked.
Sites with more pages or features than the template holds, or a redesign with rankings to protect.
Done-For-You Cleaning Service Template
Already designed around how cleaning jobs get booked.
Services, starting prices, your service area and a quote request are already in the layout. You fill out the intake form. I write the copy, connect Maidily, ZenMaid, Jobber or whichever booking tool you use and launch it. The four-page version includes Home, Services, About and Contact.

Maid Service Website
People are handing you a key to their house.
Before anyone books a cleaner, they want to know who's coming, whether they're insured and what happens if something breaks. Reviews, crew photos and a clear satisfaction policy settle most of it. All of it gets laid out where they'll see it before they have to ask.
-
Insurance and background checks
Listed where people look for them, so nobody has to call and ask.
-
What's included in each clean
A checklist per service, so nobody's surprised by what got skipped.
-
A re-clean policy in writing
What happens if they're not happy, before they ever need it.
Optional Add-Ons
Other things cleaning companies usually ask about.

More service pages, town pages, blog posts or someone keeping an eye on search after launch.

Questions cleaning companies ask before signing.
What makes website design for a house cleaning business different?
Pricing and trust. People want a number before they call and proof you're safe to let in. The rest is good design.
Can the site give an instant quote?
Yes. A quote calculator by bedrooms, bathrooms and type of clean can be built as an add-on. A short quote form works fine too.
Do you do commercial cleaning website design too?
Yes. Office, janitorial and post-construction cleaning get their own pages and a quote form a facility manager can fill out in two minutes.
Can customers book recurring cleanings online?
Yes. Booking tools like Maidily, ZenMaid and Jobber can be connected or embedded, including weekly and biweekly plans. Setup inside those platforms is quoted separately.
Can you redesign my site without losing the pages that rank?
Yes. Every old URL gets mapped and redirected before launch, and pages that bring in traffic stay put or move on purpose. Nobody can promise rankings won't shift, but nothing gets dropped by accident.
What do you need from me?
A filled-out intake form, your logo, your services and pricing, and photos of your crew and real jobs. The form asks the questions, so nobody's staring at a blank page.
Can the site have a blog?
Yes. I can set up the blog and write the posts, or set it up so you can write your own. Posts I write get keyword research before they go live, the same as any new page.
Can I add town pages later?
Yes. When you start covering a new town, it gets its own page. I research how people there search for cleaning, write the page and link it from your service area. New pages are quoted separately.
Not sure which one fits your business?
