Website Design for Wellness Practitioners
Website design for wellness practitioners that makes a first visit feel less like a leap.
Your services, your training, what a first visit includes and how to book, written so someone new to herbal or integrative care can tell what you do and whether it fits them. Start with the wellness practitioner template, or go custom with a page for every service and provider.

Wellness Practitioner Website Design
They know the problem. They don't know who treats it.
Someone with poor sleep or a stomach that's been off for months may not know if they need an herbalist, a naturopath or an acupuncturist. Wellness practitioner website design that uses their words for the problem leads them to the right visit on your site.
- herbs to help me sleep without melatonin, book an herbal consultation
- naturopath for bloating and gut issues, book a naturopathic visit
- doctor who looks for the root cause of fatigue, book an integrative medicine consult
- acupuncture for stress headaches, book an acupuncture session
What you help with
Sleep, digestion, hormones and stress, written the way clients describe them.
What a first visit looks like
How long it runs, the forms to fill out and what happens after.
Your training and licensing
Degrees, certifications and scope, where people look before they book.
In person or telehealth
Each visit type booked online in a few clicks.
Integrative Medicine Website Design
The number of providers and services decides which site fits.
A practitioner with a focused list of services fits the wellness practitioner template perfectly. When the site needs more than the template holds, like more providers, programs that run for months or a site that already ranks, it's time for a custom plan.

A quick-launch site that's already designed. I restyle it to your brand, write the copy and launch it. All you do is fill out the intake form and supply the images.
Herbalists, naturopaths and solo practitioners.

Wellness Practice Website
The wording on your site has rules to follow.
Herbalists and integrative practitioners can't say an herb or a protocol treats or cures a disease without drawing the attention of the FTC, and the title a naturopath can use depends on the state. The copy describes what you do and what a client can expect, keeps clear of promises your practice can't make and carries the disclaimers your services call for.
-
Training, licensing and scope
Your degree, certifications and what you're licensed to do where you practice.
-
Claims that stay in bounds
Services described by what happens in a session, with no promise to cure anything.
-
Working alongside medical care
Where your work fits with a client's doctor, and when you refer out.
Optional Add-Ons
Other things practitioners usually ask about.

SEO and more content
More service pages, condition pages, blog posts or someone keeping an eye on search after launch.

Questions practitioners ask before signing.
Can my herbalist website sell tinctures and teas?
Yes, by linking out. Supplements and herbal products can sell through a dispensary you already use, like Fullscript, and blends you make yourself can sell through a Square payment link. Each blend gets its own page listing the ingredients and how it's used, with the disclaimer required on supplements that make a structure or function claim.
How much does a custom wellness practice website cost?
Custom wellness practice websites average $2,800 to $4,200. Where yours lands depends on how many providers and services need pages, whether you sell herbs or supplements on the site and which booking or practice software has to connect. You get a full quote before any work starts, and projects over $2,000 can be split into a payment plan.
Is naturopath website design different from a site for other practitioners?
Some, because of licensing. In states that license naturopathic doctors, ND is a protected title and the site has to match what you're licensed to do there. In states that don't, the copy is written around your training without implying a medical license you don't hold. Either way, your credentials and scope sit where people look before they book.
What does an integrative medicine website need that a solo practice doesn't?
Provider profiles, insurance details and a clear way to pick the right person. An integrative clinic often has MDs, NPs or DOs working next to acupuncturists and nutrition staff, and patients need to know who does what and which visits insurance may cover. Each provider and service gets a page, and booking sends people to the right calendar.
Can you redesign my site without losing the pages that rank?
Yes. Every old URL gets mapped and redirected before launch, and pages that bring in traffic stay put or move on purpose. Nobody can promise rankings won't shift, but nothing gets dropped by accident.
What do you need from me?
Your logo, photos of you and your practice and intake form completed. The intake form takes most clients 1-2 hours because the questions run deep. Not just why you got into herbalism or integrative care, but how you learned to listen past the symptom someone walks in with and how you build a plan they'll stick with. The clients you love to work with vs the cases you'd rather refer out. How you talk a doubtful client through their first visit. It's critical you write this and not hand off to AI. This is where I capture your voice and essence and translate that into a webpage.
Can new clients book telehealth visits and fill out intake forms online?
Yes. The site connects to the practice software you already use, such as Practice Better, Jane or Healthie, so new clients book, fill out their health history and pay before the first visit. Telehealth gets its own booking option and a page explaining how visits work and which states you can see clients in.
Can the site have a blog?
Yes. I can set up the blog and write the posts, or set it up so you can write your own. Posts I write get keyword research before they go live, the same as any new page.
Can I add service pages later?
Yes. When you start offering something new, like cupping or a 12-week gut program, it gets its own page. I research how people search for it, write the page and link it in with the rest of your services. New pages are quoted separately.
