Website Design for Personal Trainers
Website design for personal trainers for the day someone stops putting it off.
Most people look up a trainer right after deciding they're done waiting. A comment from their doctor, a wedding date, jeans that stopped buttoning. They want to know if you train people like them, what a session costs and if they can book without sitting through a sales pitch.

Personal Trainer Website Design
They search for the goal in their own words.
Losing the baby weight, keeping up with the grandkids, a knee that aches on the stairs. Personal trainer website design that uses those words is how a stranger finds you instead of a big-box gym's free trial.
- lose weight after having a baby, book postpartum training
- trainer for bad knees over 50, book low-impact strength training
- get in shape for my wedding in 6 months, book goal-based program
- workout plan at home with a coach, book online coaching
Who you train best
Beginners, athletes, seniors or new moms, said plainly.
What a session costs
Single sessions, packs or monthly training, with a starting price.
Intro sessions they can book
A first session on your calendar without the phone tag.
Where training happens
Your studio, their home, a park or a video call.
Fitness Coach Website
One trainer with a client list needs a different site than a studio with a class schedule.
An independent trainer with a few packages fits the personal trainer template just fine. When the site needs more than the template holds, like a private studio, more trainers, classes or memberships, it's time for a custom plan.

A quick-launch site that's already designed. I restyle it to your brand, write the copy and launch it. All you do is fill out the intake form and supply the images.

Fitness Studio Website Design
Walking in the door is the hard part.
A lot of people searching for a trainer feel a little embarrassed to be starting. They want to see people who look like them in your photos, hear that nobody's going to yell at them and find out they won't be locked into a contract. Real client stories, your certifications and clear cancellation terms answer that before they work up the nerve to reach out.
-
Certifications and specialties
NASM, ACE or whatever you hold, plus specialties like pre and postnatal or corrective exercise.
-
Client results shared with permission
Stories and before and afters from clients who agreed to share them, with no promises about anyone else's results.
-
Package and cancellation terms
When sessions expire, what a late cancel costs and whether there's a contract.
Optional Add-Ons
Other things trainers usually ask about.

SEO and more content
More program pages, local pages, blog posts or someone keeping an eye on search after launch.

Questions trainers ask before signing.
Can you build a website for a small gym or private studio?
Yes. A small gym website leans on memberships, class schedules and a trainer roster, while a trainer's site leans on packages and one-on-one booking. A private gym website that runs by appointment only can drop the open hours and put the booking request up front instead.
Should I put my prices on the site?
Usually, yes, at least a starting price. People want a number before they reach out, and a range for single sessions, packs and monthly training saves you calls from people expecting a $10 gym membership. If you'd rather talk price on a consult, the site can explain what changes the cost instead.
Do you do online trainer website design?
Yes. Online trainer website design leans on how coaching works from a distance, including the app you use, how check-ins happen and what a week of training looks like. If you train in person too, each gets its own pages so local and online clients only see what applies to them.
What does a boutique fitness studio website need that a trainer's site doesn't?
A class schedule, an intro offer and a way to buy a class pack online. A boutique fitness studio website also needs a page for each class style, since people search for barre, spin or HIIT before they search for a studio name. Instructor bios carry more weight too, because members pick the instructor as much as the class.
Can you redesign my site without losing the pages that rank?
Yes. Every old URL gets mapped and redirected before launch, and pages that bring in traffic stay put or move on purpose. Nobody can promise rankings won't shift, but nothing gets dropped by accident.
What do you need from me?
Your logo, training photos and intake form completed. The intake form takes most clients 1-2 hours because the questions run deep. Not just why you got into training, but how you learned to read someone's movement in the first five minutes and how you keep a nervous beginner coming back after week two. The clients you love to take on vs the ones you'd rather pass on. How you talk someone through a plateau when they're ready to quit. It's critical you write this and not hand off to AI. This is where I capture your voice and essence and translate that into a webpage.
Can a personal training studio website handle more than one trainer?
Yes. Each trainer gets a bio with their specialties and a link to their own calendar, so someone rehabbing a shoulder finds the right person. A private fitness studio website can also explain how space rental works if you lease time to independent trainers.
Can the site have a blog?
Yes. I can set up the blog and write the posts, or set it up so you can write your own. Posts I write get keyword research before they go live, the same as any new page.
Can I add programs later?
Yes. Start a small group class, add a postpartum program or bring on a second trainer, and that's a new page. I research how people search for it, write it and link it in from the pages you already have. New pages are quoted separately.
