Komar & Associates has provided vocational rehabilitation, career counseling and vocational expert testimony in Tempe since 1991. Their old GoDaddy site had no real design or customization, so this vocational rehabilitation website was rebuilt on custom WordPress to match the firm's experience and help clients, agencies and attorneys find the right service.

A vocational rehabilitation website built for three kinds of visitors
Komar & Associates works with private clients, agency-referred clients and attorneys, and each group arrives looking for something different. The site needed to sort them quickly and send each one to the right page.
Pain Points
The old site was a basic GoDaddy build with no real design, no customization and nothing that reflected more than 30 years in the field. It gave search engines very little to work with and gave visitors no clear next step.
Project Goals
A professional site that matches the firm's reputation, separates services for private and agency-referred clients, supports the legal side of the practice and shows up when people in Arizona search for vocational rehabilitation and career counseling. Every page also had to work just as well on a phone as on a desktop.
The Challenge
Speaking to a person rebuilding their career after an injury and an attorney who needs defensible vocational testimony on the same site, without either one feeling like the page wasn't meant for them. The design had to feel steady and trustworthy for both.
The Approach
The homepage opens with a simple question, "How can we help you?", and routes visitors by who they are. From there, dedicated pages cover private clients, agency-referred clients and the full list of services, backed by FAQs, success stories, credentials and photos of the Tempe office.

Within 30 days of launch, Komar & Associates was showing up in Google search four times as often as before. A clear page structure, separate service pages for each type of client and on-page SEO gave Google something the old GoDaddy site never did. People searching for vocational rehabilitation or career counseling in Arizona now land on pages built around what they came for.
